Job Description

The primary responsibility of Sales & Marketing Manager is to lead and direct the Sales and Marketing Section (which includes Pre-Sales Team & Post – Sales team of Branch Operation) to meet or exceed sales revenue, sales profitability, and budgetary objectives of the business unit
Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for the direction and management of all sales and business development operations of Subisu Branches, including market competitiveness, pricing, compensation, and swift service delivery
The role involves strategic planning, managing people, leveraging technology, and improving processes
Provide detailed and accurate annual sales forecasting for proper business decisions
Plan and generate the strategies for developing business and achieving the branch's sales goals and business objectives
Guide, monitor and support all the stakeholder of business units to meet the Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Targets
