LODBOD is a technology-driven digital logistics platform that connects shippers, truck owners, and other stakeholders across the logistics ecosystem. We are transforming the logistics industry by building a modern, transparent, and reliable digital network that simplifies transportation management, improves operational efficiency, and enables business growth through technology.

As we continue expanding across Nepal, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to lead our LODBOD Experience Centre in Biratnagar and drive regional business growth.

Position Summary

The Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for managing the LODBOD Experience Centre, developing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with shippers and transport partners, promoting the adoption of the LODBOD digital platform, and ensuring smooth coordination of logistics operations within the region.

This role is ideal for an energetic professional with strong business development skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the LODBOD Experience Centre in Biratnagar.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with factories, manufacturers, traders, and business organizations.
Promote and increase adoption of the LODBOD digital logistics platform among customers and transport partners.
Coordinate transportation and order fulfillment activities through the company's digital system.
Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Work closely with internal sales, operations, fulfillment, and customer support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Resolve operational issues and customer service escalations efficiently.
Supervise and support regional staff to achieve operational and business objectives.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, operational activities, customer feedback, and market insights.
Represent LODBOD at meetings, networking events, and industry associations including FNCCI, CNI, transport associations, and local business communities.
Ensure all operations comply with company policies, procedures, and professional standards.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Logistics, or Operations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Good understanding of logistics operations, transportation services, and regional market development.
Comfortable using digital platforms, mobile applications, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
Willingness to travel within the region for business development and operational coordination.

Reporting Line

The Sales and Marketing Officer will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and work closely with the Sales, Fulfillment, Customer Support, and Operations teams.
