We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Marketing Manager to lead our business development and brand promotion initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective marketing strategies, driving sales performance, and identifying new market opportunities to help grow our customer base and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development & Business Growth
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Set clear sales objectives and KPIs for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify and prioritize target markets, customer segments, and sales channels to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies and stay ahead in the market.
- Explore and develop new markets, including online and digital platforms, franchise models, and lab acquisitions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials, campaigns, and sales tools to support target achievement.
Doctor Engagement & Client Relationship Management
- Conduct regular visits to doctors, specialists, and healthcare professionals to promote diagnostic services and achieve referral targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with medical practitioners, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients to increase referrals and meet revenue goals.
- Educate doctors about new tests, services, and special offers to drive adoption and meet sales targets.
- Gather feedback from healthcare professionals to improve service quality and address concerns, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
- Act as a bridge between doctors and the internal team to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction.
Sales Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing support to achieve targets.
- Supervise and monitor the sales team’s daily activities, ensuring targets and KPIs are met using CRM tools.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve the team’s product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and guidance for improvement to ensure consistent target achievement.
- Ensure the sales team follows company guidelines, maintains professionalism, and effectively communicates the value of the lab’s services.
Home Collection Service Development
- Conduct market analysis to identify and create demand for home collection services, contributing to revenue growth.
- Design a comprehensive plan, including logistics, operational processes, and technology integration for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
- Establish protocols for maintaining quality and hygiene standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop a marketing plan to promote home collection services and drive adoption, meeting set targets.
Field Visit Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of doctor visits, follow-ups, and sales conversions to track progress toward targets.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales team performance, doctor engagement activities, and revenue growth.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on market trends, challenges, and competitor activities, along with progress on targets.
- Submit monthly reports to the board, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations for target achievement.
Customer Service & Issue Resolution
- Address concerns and queries raised by doctors and clients regarding lab services, pricing, and test reports to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Work proactively to resolve service-related issues and enhance customer experience, contributing to long-term target achievement.
Community Engagement & Promotional Activities
- Organize and execute community engagement initiatives, such as free health camps and promotional activities (BTL activities), to drive brand awareness and meet sales targets.
- Develop and implement marketing schemes and tools, including brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials, to support target achievement.
- Collaborate with corporate clients to design and market tailored diagnostic products and services (B2B), contributing to revenue growth.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the laboratory operations team to ensure alignment between sales commitments and service delivery, supporting target achievement.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, ensuring the sales team is informed about product updates, service enhancements, and other relevant information.
- Provide input into product development and service offerings based on market feedback and customer needs to drive sales growth.
