Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic Sales And Marketing Executive to lead corporate health partnerships and innovative schemes. You will manage corporate tie-ups, drive market research, plan health camps, and execute digital marketing strategies to boost branding.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to foster health schemes and partnerships.
Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
Plan, organize, and manage health camps to promote our services and engage with the community.
Collaborate with the medical and administrative teams to align marketing initiatives with hospital goals.
Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
Plan and organize promotional events, seminars, and workshops to enhance brand visibility.
Implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare marketing or a similar role.

Skills:

Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and customer needs.
Proven track record in managing corporate partnerships and executing marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and develop actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

NOTE: Salary: NPR 25,000 – 35,000 (including benefits as per company policy)
