Job Description

General Description: One of the major responsibilities as a Sales Manager/ Assistant Sales Manager is to foster relationships with clients to generate revenue along with providing the best customer experience.  

Other Description:

Manage portfolio of accounts (agencies, FIT)

  • Be the Point of Contact for our agencies and clients
  • Promote our properties and services to clients/agencies 
  • Organize regular sales visits or meetings to discuss on clients requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with changes and trends in the industry
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues. 

Sales leads and opportunities

  • Identify new potential customers 
  • Work closely with marketing team to contribute on planning sales and marketing strategies
  • Identify opportunities to up- sell and cross sell
  • Monitor and report on sales performance to the team.

Maintain proactive initiative to build relations with other departments

  • Communicate the necessary information regarding clients to the concerned department (such as reservations, operations, finance) to ensure the smooth flow of information and delivery of service.
  • Ensure successful inter departmental relationships and corporate values and culture in the organization.
