Are you passionate about real estate sales and ready to take the lead in driving revenue for a growing development project in Kathmandu? Danfe Developers is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team for an exciting new apartment project at Ravi Bhawan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales efforts for our apartment project, managing the end-to-end sales process.
  • Handle customer queries through calls, messages, and in-person meetings, providing detailed information about the apartments.
  • Meet with potential customers and visitors, guiding them through apartment tours and offering tailored consultations.
  • Convince and convert potential customers into buyers by effectively communicating the unique features and benefits of the project.
  • Manage and nurture leads, regularly following up with prospects to drive sales conversions.
  • Collect apartment installment payments and process receipts, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to manage the payment schedules and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, customer feedback, and leads in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with property sales procedures and financing options in Nepal is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends in Kathmandu is an added advantage.
