We are looking for the competent candidate for selling its "Premiumness", "Reliability" and "Quality". Technical selling and Value Selling capability is the utmost competency for this position.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Diesel Genset at Times Mansiri P. Ltd, located in Kathmandu. The Sales Manager - Diesel Genset will be responsible for following:

Leading a team of Sales Representatives, Dealers
Developing and implementing Sales strategy
Identifying new business opportunities
Building and maintaining client relationship
Achieving Sales Target.
Involved in sales forecasting, market analysis and monitoring competitors.

Note: This position requires extensive travelling throughout the country.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum 2 years experience in sales, preferably in the diesel genset industry
Proven ability in Technical selling
Proven history of Sales Achievement
Strong knowledge of diesel generator sets and their applications
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Good understanding of market trends and competition
Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Fluency in English and Nepali
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events

Offered financial and non-financial compensation for this job

Offered Salary:NRs. 30,000 - 40,000 Monthly
