We are seeking a Sales Manager for poultry and cattle feed who can develop sales strategies, expand market reach, and create a strong distribution network across Nepal. The role involves both strategic planning and hands-on sales execution to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies for poultry and cattle feed across Nepal.
Promote poultry and cattle feed products and expand market presence.
Build and maintain a strong distribution channel and network.
Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with regional sales teams and support staff to achieve sales targets.
Travel extensively for client visits, product promotion, and network building.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

B.V.Sc & AH with 3+ years of experience in sales of poultry or cattle feed OR a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in poultry or cattle feed.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and expand market presence.
Proven ability to build and maintain a strong distribution network.
Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach.
Willingness to travel extensively across Nepal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple regions simultaneously.
