Requirements

  • Masters degree in Business Administration with 3 years’ experience or Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Must possess a valid driving license and have access to a personal vehicle.

Job Description

  • Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company &customer base and ensuresa  strong market presence
  • Recruitment, target setting, coaching and performance monitoring of staff
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue, growth and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
