Location: Nepal
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage nationwide sales operations
Develop and execute strategic sales plans
Conduct market analysis and track competitor activities
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors & retailers
Prepare and present sales reports & forecasts to management

What We’re Looking For:

8+ years of experience in sales management (preferably in small home appliances, FMCG, Mobile industry, Consumer Electronics)
Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Experience in handling distributor & retailer networks
Willingness to travel extensively across Nepal
