Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage nationwide sales operations
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Conduct market analysis and track competitor activities
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors & retailers
• Prepare and present sales reports & forecasts to management

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in sales management (preferably in small home appliances, FMCG, Mobile industry, Consumer Electronics)
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience in handling distributor & retailer networks
• Willingness to travel extensively across Nepal
