Job Title: Sales Manager

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Small Home Appliances or Kitchenware

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets in the tertiary market.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and ensure product placement in key tertiary markets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance of retailer, providing regular reports to management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, and other third-party partners.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular visits to retailers to assess performance and address any concerns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
  • Monitor stock levels, generate orders, and ensure timely dispatch/delivery of products.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team to help promotional strategies.
  • Ensure well-organized product displays of the company’s products at retail outlets.
  • Evaluate the performance of distributors and retailers and take corrective action as needed.
  • Educate dealers, their team members, and retailers as required.
  • Generate purchase order from retailer and regular payment follow up with them.
  • Resolve issues related to payment of retailer / Regular follow up for payment.
  • Monitor and report competitors' activities.
  • Involve in marketing, branding, and sales activities within the designated territory.
  • Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Package
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Two wheeler with valid driving license
