Job Description

We are looking for Sales Manager for Hard Rock Café-Kathmandu, who can drive the Sales and bring new business plan and various schemes for Hard Rock music lovers. Sales Manager is responsible for directing Cafe sales and marketing initiatives that align with the overall Cafe operating strategy including with INGO/NGOs. Travel and Tourism and corporate houses, etc.

Drive sales initiatives and bring innovative business plans and schemes tailored for Hard Rock music lovers.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that align with the overall Café operating strategy.
Build and maintain relationships with INGO/NGOs, Travel & Tourism sectors, and corporate houses to generate new business.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
