- Manage and direct the sales team.
- Maintain relationships and set up visits with existing and prospective clients to ensure client satisfaction and growth of business.
- Plan customized service packages for customers. Work in close coordination with the Technical Team for feasibility study and effective service delivery to customers.
- Meet sales goals set forth by the company.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales and activity reports to management.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize work and balance strategic and tactical issues.
- Responsible for appropriate administration, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison with various departments.
- Build and maintain a high performance culture in team. Serve as a lead facilitator for high volume accounts. Take the lead role to solve customer conflicts.
- Provide guidance, conduct regular coaching and counseling, training sessions with subordinates to build motivation and selling skills. Demonstrate exemplary professional behavior and values and instill go-getter attitude in the sales team. Carry out various research and sales projects.
- Overall, be responsible for key accounts management, sales target achievement, and revenue generation.
