Build up Nepal is looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead our Sales Team. We are working to introduce a new construction material - CSEB interlocking bricks and sell machines and training to local entrepreneurs and small businesses.

The job includes:

Find new clients for our technology - focusing on developing small business.
Lead a small sales team of 4-5 persons. Assign tasks, follow up and coach the sales officers.
Make regular meetings with the team and ensure leads are followed up and converted to sales.
Meet with potential clients, make sales calls, follow up and make sales.
Develop sales and marketing strategies
Manage social media chanels
Conduct business development trainings for our entrepreneurs
Regular sales trips to different areas of Nepal
Make meetings and presentations, represent the company in events.
Work to develop relationships with INGO, NGOs and institutional clients.
Call, visit and stay in regular contact with each enterprise to understand their problem.
Support our enterprises to develop their business
Keep track of enterprises progress

We are looking for a person with solid sales experience. Who are ready to travel and will work both to lead the team as well as do sales and client meetings yourself.

The job based 75% from our office in Lalitpur and 25% in the field visiting enterprises all over Nepal.
