Roles and responsibilities of this job

Sales manager will oversee the day to day sales related activity of Reliance Supertech Pvt. Ltd and will be stationed in Kathmandu. The sales manager will report directly to the directors of the company. Some of the daily tasks required are mentioned below.

Responsible for formulating and executing sales strategy
Establishing and expanding the customer base
Oversee sales staff. Monitor the team performance and set targets
Travel to all target areas and have one on one relationship with all the main buyers
Responsible for timely collection of money
Setting credit limits for buyers
Maintain up to date sale record
Collect usable customer feedback and market research

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 8 years

Other Specification

At least 8 years of working experience in a cement manufacturing company as a Sales Manager
A thorough understanding of Nepalese cement industry and its operational procedures
Thorough knowledge of projects related business in Nepal and the ability to drive in the customers
A sound understanding of competitors brand and devise strategies to strength brand presence
A thorough understanding of different markets segments
An ability to formulate marketing and branding strategy
The candidate must be willing to travel frequently as a part of the job
Ability to speak and write in Nepali and English
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
