Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Branch Incharge - Marketing to lead sales operations across various regions in Nepal. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in FMCG, food manufacturing industry, or perishable goods trading/manufacturing who are passionate about achieving targets and managing teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee sales operations for the assigned branch/region
Develop and maintain a strong distribution network to maximize product reach
Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team for optimum performance
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities
Plan and execute promotional and marketing activities for brand visibility
Ensure proper reporting of sales, stock, and market feedback to headquarters
Collaborate with internal teams for a smooth supply chain and product availability

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably within FMCG, food & beverage, food manufacturing industry, or perishable goods trading/manufacturing
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams
