Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those with plans to the upper management
Manage and Coordinate Sales Representative for their daily operations
Establish training programs for the team
Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, dealers, and agent
Advise dealers on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements.
Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of products and services other subjects of sale.
Review operational records and reports to project sales
Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping, and in receiving inventories

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum 2+ years of experience in related field
Bachelors degree (Master’s degree preferred)
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
