Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sales Ledger Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting within a multi-site food business, with excellent Excel skills and hands-on experience using Tally, IMS ERP, and other accounting software packages.

Key Responsibilities:

To manage sales ledger and journals in softwares.
To maintain recipe wise stock journal voucher.
To report various financial statements on time.
To Liaison with internal and external auditors as required.
To import authorised sales from IMS (POS/Cafe Management system). Monitor IMS software for smooth operation.
To maintain daily cash sales record on google sheet from all cafe outlets and share it with the immedicate supervisor on a daily basis.
To make reports to verify inventory levels and determine reorder activity and usage rates.
To inspect the receipt of delivery from suppliers to verify the quality and quantity of materials and equipment received against invoices.
To take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
To maintain high ethical relationships with the suppliers.
