Job Description

  • Lead over all sales operation of ISP and Telecom business.
  • Lead team for day-to-day activities and make sure smooth sales operation.
  • Closely work with immediate head in terms of operation, planning and execution.
  • Develop and Implement sales plan and meet monthly ISP & Telecom sales target.
  • Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans.
  • Ensure timely response to new service installations and troubleshoot requests.
  • Manage and retain relationships with existing clients and business partners.
  • Address customer satisfaction issues promptly. 
  • Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
  • Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
