Job Summary:

As a Sales - Influencer Marketing, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with brands and agencies, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our comprehensive suite of influencer marketing solutions. You will play a key role in shaping our company's growth trajectory, leveraging your industry expertise and sales acumen to exceed targets and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through proactive outreach, networking, and industry events, with a focus on brands and agencies seeking to invest in influencer marketing.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, tracking progress and driving momentum through each stage of the sales cycle.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand prospective clients' marketing objectives, challenges, and budget parameters.
  • Craft compelling sales presentations and proposals that demonstrate the value of our influencer marketing solutions and address clients' specific needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with prospective clients, leveraging your knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with our internal teams, including account management, creative, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing, continuously seeking out new opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 + years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital advertising, social media marketing, or influencer marketing, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and value propositions in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, from marketing managers to C-suite executives.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, able to identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed, with a strong sense of initiative and a passion for driving business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.
