About Us

We transform waste tires into reusable resources: industrial fuel oil, solid carbon (coal) briquette fuel, and steel wire. Join our mission to drive sustainable industrial growth in Nepal.

Role & Responsibilities

Fieldwork Focus: Travel to industrial hubs (Kathmandu, Birgunj, Bharatpur, etc.) to meet clients on-site.
Find Buyers: Target factories, construction firms, and fuel distributors needing oil/carbon black.
Build Relationships: Regular visits to clients for trust-building and repeat orders.
Close Deals: Negotiate prices, deliver product demos, and finalize contracts.
Report Insights: Share competitor updates and client feedback weekly.
Coordinate with Factory: Align production with sales demand.

You Need

B2B Sales Experience: Industrial, fuel, or recycling sectors preferred.
Strong Communicator: Persuasive in meetings and follow-ups.
Self-Driven: Meet monthly targets independently.
Travel Ready: Fieldwork is mandatory (80% of the role).

Compensation

Base Salary: Competitive, discussed privately.
Commission: Earn more by selling more (rates shared later).

Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English.
