Roles and responsibilities of this job
- Develop new dealers and distributors for BRILLIANT LED’s entire range of LED LIGHTING products in specified region
- Proven Experience in Sales, particularly in the Electrical field
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Focuses sales effort by studying existing and potential volume of dealer
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results, such as daily call report, daily sales report
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Timely collection and monitoring of dealer and distributor payments

Other Specification
- Experience in the lighting/electrical markets is required
- Bachelor Degree completion (Masters preferable)
- Minimum 2 years experiences in Sales and Marketing
- Keep in contact with existing customers in person and by phone
- Provide reports on sales, prices, contracts, and payments to Sales Manager
- Good reporting skills
- Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to the sales plan
Salary: Negotiable + Allowances (Not a constraint for deserving candidates)
