Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for highly driven and market-oriented Sales Executive - Jewellery who are confident, disciplined, and passionate about building strong retailer relationships and generating consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily market visits to retailers, jewelry stores, and potential business clients.
Generate new orders and maintain strong follow-up with existing customers.
Build and expand Rashova’s retailer network across assigned territories.
Present product collections, explain designs, pricing, and manufacturing capabilities professionally.
Maintain strong relationships with retailers and ensure high client satisfaction.
Collect market feedback regarding designs, trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
Coordinate with production and management teams regarding client requirements and delivery timelines.
Achieve monthly sales and order targets.
Maintain daily reporting of visits, client feedback, orders, and follow-ups through company systems.
Represent Rashova professionally in the market at all times.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confident personality with ability to build trust quickly.
Willingness to travel extensively for daily market visits.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven mindset.
Experience in jewelry, luxury products, retail sales, or B2B sales is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive sales targets.
Basic understanding of gold, diamond, or jewelry products is an advantage.
Must have professional behavior, accountability, and strong follow-up habits.
