  • Initiate pleasant interactions with customers
  • Answer customers’ questions regarding the product make color options and related information.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate product
  • Ensure that furniture is delivered to customers in timely manner
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales report
  • Maintain customer information
  • Recommending products to customers based on their needs and design preferences
  • Stock Management
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
