Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our record-keeping solutions to business organizations (B2B sales) such as banks, insurance companies, business organizations, and government offices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, good personal relationship traits like politeness, courteous and a deep understanding of the record-keeping needs of these industries, with number crunching capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target banks, insurance companies, business organizations and government offices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
  • Understand the system and economics of the business to equip the self for sales pitch.
  • Devising sales strategy for each existing and potential customer to best suit to both the parties. 
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the Sales Manager.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements related to record-keeping.
  • Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure contracts and close sales.
  • Ensure all sales agreements are aligned with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with the operation and marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated good track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Number crunching ability and devising sales strategy.
