Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking highly competent, energetic, and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s medical products and equipment, maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell medical equipment, surgical goods, hospital furniture, imaging systems, and medical consumables.
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.
Conduct regular client visits, meetings, and product presentations.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up with clients.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain proper records of sales activities, client communications, and reports.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and product demonstrations when required.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred.
Experience in medical equipment, healthcare products, pharmaceuticals, or hospital-related industries will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build professional relationships with clients.
Self-motivated with strong sales and customer service orientation.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.
Must possess a valid driving license; own two-wheeler preferred.
