Gorkha Brewery is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic market environment. This role requires flexibility regarding work location, as travel between different dealer and wholesale locations may be necessary.

Reports to: Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute periodic sales plans and programs for assigned dealers and wholesalers in alignment with the Area Sales Manager’s strategy
Ensure effective inventory management and accurate stock reconciliation across assigned outlets
Conduct planned market visits, generate orders, analyze sales pipelines, and monitor market trends to maximize GBPL brand sales (by brand and SKU)
Monitor pricing structures of GBPL brands and track competitor pricing and activities
Implement merchandising and housekeeping standards across all sales channels
Handle product and trade-related complaints in a timely and professional manner
Monitor market conditions and report competitor activities and emerging trends
Execute approved promotional activities, including schemes, discounts, and campaigns, within the wholesale segment
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, monthly forecasts, and performance summaries to the Area Sales Manager

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant sales experience; FMCG experience is an added advantage
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in inventory management and sales forecasting
Ability to work independently and work effectively within a team
Willingness to travel or relocate as per business requirements
