Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Hamro Academy. If you have great communication skills, a passion for education, and the drive to meet targets, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective students and parents.
Promote Hamro Academy’s programs through calls, emails, and other marketing campaigns.
Regularly follow up with leads, guiding them through the enrollment process.
Provide after-sales support to ensure student satisfaction.
Conduct market research and maintain a lead database for future campaigns.
Build strong relationships with students and parents to offer personalized solutions.
Generate creative sales and marketing ideas to boost lead generation and conversions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and reports in the CRM.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports with insights and recommendations.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to support the academy’s growth.
