Sales and Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Hamro Academy. If you have great communication skills, a passion for education, and the drive to meet targets, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective students and parents.
• Promote Hamro Academy’s programs through calls, emails, and other marketing campaigns.
• Regularly follow up with leads, guiding them through the enrollment process.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure student satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and maintain a lead database for future campaigns.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents to offer personalized solutions.
• Generate creative sales and marketing ideas to boost lead generation and conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and reports in the CRM.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports with insights and recommendations.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to support the academy’s growth.
