Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a Sales Executive who is driven, customer-focused, and passionate about achieving results. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building relationships, driving sales, and contributing to overall business growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Proficient in computerized billing and invoicing tasks
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock availability.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve overall business objectives.

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
