Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responsible for sales in the assigned product and targeted area
Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase volume
Coordinate with dealers, wholesalers and representatives of area allotted for the achievement of sales target
Follow up for Payments with Dealers
Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning
Organize and monitor sales target and distributors performance
Focus on acquiring new customers, developing close relations and providing excellent customer service
Implement scheme as per the guidelines
Develop new clients and areas for promotion of products
Availability of products at the right place
Good knowledge of Nepal's Geography, for route-planning
Inform about competitor & industries analysis
Prepare and submit weekly sales of distributors & scheme effectiveness report
Prepare and submit Monthly sales plan
Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies
Experience in Hardware Market or relevant industry, prior dealing with dealers, will be preferable

Selected candidates may be assigned to work at any of our branch locations, based on organizational needs and availability.The interview for candidates outside the Kathmandu Valley will be conducted in two stages. Only after being selected in the first stage, which will be conducted online, will candidates proceed to the second stage of the interview.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Must have proven experience in the hardware market, particularly with products like pipes, tanks, cables, and cement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Must own a bike or scooter for travel within Kathmandu Valley.
Looking for candidates with experience working in the hardware & government sector.
Should be energetic, resourceful, willing to learn and participate in company affairs, and be a strong team player
Must be adaptable, persuasive, self-motivated and goal-driven
Strong communication skills and Client relationships management
Strong Negotiation skills and Geographical awareness of Nepal
Must have knowledge of PowerPoint presentation
Strong with Computer Skills (Email, MS Office)
Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.

Note:

During interview visits - all the candidates are requested to bring a print out of their CV's.
Office time will be 9 am to 6 pm.( In Winter 9.00am -5.30pm)
Must have own bike/scooter/car with valid driving license
