Job Description

Lisara Receptions is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization committed to delivering high-quality products/services to our customers. We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities : 

Operations Management:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the banquet, including event setup, catering, housekeeping, and guest services.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and overall service quality.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and event planners to ensure seamless event execution.

Sales & Marketing:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to generate leads and increase bookings.
  • Conduct client meetings, venue tours, and negotiations for weddings, parties, conferences, and corporate events.
  • Develop marketing strategies and promotional packages in coordination with the management team.
  • Maintain relationships with event planners, vendors, and corporate clients.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure excellent client service from inquiry to event execution.
  • Handle client feedback, queries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain follow-ups and build long-term relationships with past clients.

Team Supervision:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise banquet staff, including servers, coordinators, and cleaners.
  • Schedule shifts and assign duties based on event needs.
  • Conduct regular briefings and performance reviews.

Administrative & Financial Duties:

  • Prepare event proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Ensure timely billing, payments, and documentation for all events.
  • Monitor sales targets and prepare performance reports for senior management.
