Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our dynamic night shift team. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication and phone skills to engage with international clients and generate quality sales leads. This is a phone-based pre-sales role, focused on contacting potential business clients, qualifying leads, and passing them to the main Sales Manager for closing.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to potential clients in international markets
Set appointments and generate qualified leads for ISO and financial services
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
Achieve weekly and monthly targets set by the Sales Manager
Collaborate with the team to improve scripts, strategies, and closing rates
Provide a high level of professionalism and customer service in every interaction
