Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and should have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.As a sales executive you'll be concerned with improving and growing the business, by fostering and developing relationships with clients i.e. schools and school authorities. You may work to improve profitability through careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or to enhance the business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries and provide information on travel products, itineraries, pricing, and availability.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, and suggest suitable travel packages.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Documentation: Prepare and present sales contracts, itineraries, and other relevant documents accurately.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the booking process to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to improve service delivery and offerings.

Note: Candidate must have their own 2-wheeler with a valid driving license.
