Job Description

We are currently looking for a confident, well-organized, and customer-oriented individual who can manage front desk operations while supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and follow up with prospective clients.
  • Promote company products/services and close sales deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Assist in preparing sales quotations, invoices, and reports.
  • Follow up on sales inquiries through calls, emails, and visits.
  • Support the sales team with documentation and coordination.
  • Greet visitors and clients professionally and direct them appropriately.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
  • Maintain front desk cleanliness and presentation.
