About the Role

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Task N Trade in Kathmandu. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market outreach, excellent communication skills, and proven sales acumen. Key Responsibilities

Market Outreach: 

  • Identify potential clients in the Kathmandu market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with businesses to understand their needs.

Sales Generation: 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Present Task N Trade services to clients and convert leads into successful sales.

Client Engagement: 

  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Market Analysis: 

  • Keep track of market trends, competitors, and opportunities in the Kathmandu market.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the management team to refine strategies.

Qualifications

Education: 

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Experience: 

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, particularly in the Kathmandu region's market outreach and client engagement.

Skills: 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of the Kathmandu market, including its business landscape and opportunities.

Other: 

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Nepali is preferred.
