Roles and responsibilities of this job

Preparation of sales plan, route plan, and target setting.
Strong negotiating skills.
Willingness and desire to work in the market.
Independently deal with various sales trade partners (dealer, whole seller, retailer).
Ability to control and manage credit and cash collection .
Timely communication with concerned stakeholders.
Fundamental understanding of accounts and receivable aging.
Timely preparation of sales reports and other communication materials as required.
Should have the desire and willingness to achieve the target regardless of the situation.
Ready to travel across different regions of Nepal as required.
Capable of appointing dealers, managing dealer network.

Will need to frequently travel to India to look for suppliers
