Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Present our products/services to prospective clients, effectively communicate value propositions, and negotiate terms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
