Role Description

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our Surgical Division team. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling our surgical products throughout Nepal. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Teleflex (Weck) while advancing your career in the medical sales industry.This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, promoting and selling our range of medical equipment and supplies, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional service and support to customers. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, hospitals, and medical institutions.
  • Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in the surgical product sector and customer relationship management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and surgical products.
  • Ability to understand and meet customer needs
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
