ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time on-site role in Kathmandu (multiple vacancies) for a Technical Account Manager/ Sales Engineer. The Technical Account Manager/ Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing account management, technical support, troubleshooting, sales, project management, and improving customer initiatives. Additionally, the Technical Account Manager / Sales Engineer will be managing customer accounts, identifying opportunities, and working proactively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Achieve sales, collections, and focused product targets through existing customers and identify new opportunities in the assigned territory by visiting our customers on construction sites, or in offices and industries
  • Achieve productivity targets through disciplined sales execution (DSE) and applying a consultative selling model, including software and services 
  • Follow 'Situational Selling Skills' principles for trade applications, Demos, VFM, INP, etc.
  • Follow laid down processes in finance, GCC, and supply chain for target completion
  • Build and grow relationships with customers to deepen engagement, providing them with the most innovative and cost-effective solutions 
  • Monitor competitor activity and ensure leadership in share of wallet (SOW)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2- 3 years of Experience in “Sales” is a must.
  • Sales, Technical Support, and Engineering skills
  • Sales and Project Management skills
  • Ability to identify customer needs and develop solutions
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus
  • Candidates must have a driving license and motorbike.
