Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure performance goals are met or exceeded.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients to secure profitable business agreements.
  • Collaborate with revenue management teams to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue from room bookings, event spaces, and other services.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales collateral to support sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management.
  • Conduct data analysis to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in sales operations.
