Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Coordinator / Client Engagement Specialist to support our sales team and drive customer engagement in a fast-paced ISP environment. The ideal candidate will manage back-end sales activities, coordinate lead generation efforts, assist with customer onboarding, and ensure smooth operations by maintaining accurate records, fostering strong client relationships, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily sales activities and assist the sales team with documentation, reporting, and scheduling.
  • Process customer applications, service requests, and sales orders promptly.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions, status updates, and sales tracking.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calls, digital outreach, field activities, and referrals.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their internet needs and recommend appropriate service plans.
  • Consistently follow up with leads and existing customers to maintain strong relationships and drive sales conversions.
  • Educate potential and current clients on available internet packages, features, and benefits, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
  • Collect client feedback and analyze it to improve sales pitches and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve minor customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Support promotional campaigns, customer outreach, and onboarding activities to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to service activation and beyond.
