We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Coordinator / Client Engagement Specialist to support our sales team and drive customer engagement in a fast-paced ISP environment. The ideal candidate will manage back-end sales activities, coordinate lead generation efforts, assist with customer onboarding, and ensure smooth operations by maintaining accurate records, fostering strong client relationships, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily sales activities and assist the sales team with documentation, reporting, and scheduling.
Process customer applications, service requests, and sales orders promptly.
Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions, status updates, and sales tracking.
Generate qualified leads through cold calls, digital outreach, field activities, and referrals.
Engage with prospects to understand their internet needs and recommend appropriate service plans.
Consistently follow up with leads and existing customers to maintain strong relationships and drive sales conversions.
Educate potential and current clients on available internet packages, features, and benefits, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
Collect client feedback and analyze it to improve sales pitches and customer satisfaction.
Resolve minor customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
Support promotional campaigns, customer outreach, and onboarding activities to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to service activation and beyond.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 year of experience in a client engagement, sales support, telemarketing, lead generation; ISP or telecom industry experience preferred.
Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in telecom, broadband, or networking industry.
Knowledge of local market/customer base.
Multilingual abilities are a bonus.
