After Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve the assigned Parts/tube Sales, AMC, job, MTTR.

• Ensure the right mobilization of the Service Engineers and quality Services to the customers. 

• Ensure AMC potential customer followup is done by Engineers and Review of potential data,call customers where required to ensure conversion to AMC. 

•  Ensure customer calls are attended to all time,to  respond with suitable solutions to customer query and maintain the relationship with customers for generating the service revenue. 

Requirement:

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering Automobile Engineering.

• 5+ years of working experience in the Automobile/heavy/Equipment Sector.

• Cooperative. able to establish and maintain good working relationships.

• Able to work under pressure and remain calm in an emergency.

• Proficient in MS-Office, especially Excel, Powerpoint, Word and ERP Software.
