Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team at WiseAdmit.io. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and business development within the ed tech industry.

Location: Bakhundol, Lalitpur

Stipend: 10K

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Experience: Fresher

Duration: 3 months

Timing: 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM (Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in identifying potential leads and prospects through market research and outreach efforts.
  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Assist in lead nurturing via call, email and sms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including contacts, leads, and opportunities.
  • Assist in creating contents in collaboration with marketing team.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Collect user feedback and report to the tech and marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate or currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build rapport.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
