Job Description

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy sales executive to help us build our business activities. As a sales executive you are responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

At LeanQ, you are responsible to help client's identify their software needs to determine the most suitable products.  

If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customer you are our ideal candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Setup meeting with potential clients and listen to their concerns.
  • Setting sales goals and develop sales strategies.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers by cold calling and emails.
  • Research prospects and generate leads.
  • Learn details about our products and services
  • Investigate leads and find out about the customer as much as possible before contacting.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints and objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
  • Fast learner and passionate for sales.
  • Good knowledge of telemarketing and digital marketing.
  • Critical thinker and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Self motivated with a result driven approach.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection well.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience in BPO industry.

Working time: 6AM - 2PM (Saturday and Sunday off)

Office Location: Ganesh Chowk, Budhanilkantha-02, Kathmandu
