Modura Global Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate – Home Appliances & Domestic Appliances to promote products, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, identify sales opportunities, and contribute to the company's growth in a fast-paced trading and distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Dealer & Retail Network Development: Identify, pitch, and onboard new electrical and appliance retailers, wholesalers, and multi-brand outlets.
Order Generation & Target Achievement: Drive daily field sales, meet monthly order targets for fans and home appliances, and maintain smooth stock movement across retail points.
Seasonal Sales Planning: Execute pre-season schemes, trade discounts, and promotional campaigns (e.g., summer fan pushes or festival appliance campaigns).
Payment Collections & Credit Follow-up: Monitor client accounts, reconcile ledgers, and ensure timely recovery of trade receivables as per company policy.
Competitor Intelligence & Feedback: Track market pricing, competitor schemes (warranty, schemes, margins), and consumer demand patterns in the appliance sector.
Showroom & Merchant Support: Ensure proper display placement, product literature distribution, and staff training on key product features at partner stores.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/BBS) or related management field preferred (Intermediate/+2 with strong industry experience accepted).
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, trade distribution, or dealer network management specifically within Home Appliances, Electric Fans or HVAC in Nepal.

Required Skills:

Deep Market Knowledge: Solid network of appliance dealers, electrical shops, wholesalers, and modern trade showrooms across Kathmandu Valley and key regional hubs.
Category Familiarity: Prior experience handling major domestic appliances (refrigerators, washing machines) or seasonal appliances (electric fans, room heaters, small kitchen appliances).
Sales Drive: Demonstrated success in target achievement, order booking, credit cycle recovery, and primary/secondary sales tracking.
Communication: Excellent command of Nepali and functional English for trade negotiation and vendor coordination.
Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle for field visits.

Job Location: Kathmandu - 4, Nepal (with frequent market visits)

Salary: Negotiable (Competitive Base + Performance/Commission Incentives)
