Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a Business Development Officer (OTT and Agency Partnership) to lead business growth, agency operations, subscriber lifecycle management, and commercial partnerships across the NETTV ecosystem while serving as the primary liaison between internal teams and external ecosystem partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Subscriber Growth & Lifecycle Management

Drive overall OTT subscriber acquisition, daily engagement, user retention, and revenue targets.
Plan, execute, and scale digital acquisition campaigns tailored to target audiences.
Develop and manage CRM lifecycle strategies to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV) and reduce churn.

Agency & Commercial Operations

Oversee marketing and performance agencies, establishing clear deliverables and execution standards.
Own agency KPIs, budget allocations, contract deliverables, and monthly campaign reviews.
Track and optimize key growth metrics, including CAC, CPA, ROAS, retention rates, and churn.

Partnership & Strategic Development

Coordinate relationships with OTT platforms, content providers, and strategic ecosystem partners.
Prepare data-backed business cases, growth proposals, and revenue-sharing models.
Negotiate commercial terms, distribution agreements, and contractual obligations.

Reporting & Internal Alignment

Serve as the central cross-functional bridge connecting external agencies with internal technical, product, and finance teams.
Prepare detailed management reports, performance dashboards, and executive reviews.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor degree (BIM,BCA, BBA, BBS and BIM)
3-4 years of experience in OTT/IPTV, Telecom, Digital Media, Agency Management or Performance Marketing.
Strong stakeholder management.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiar with Technical skills will be additional beneficial.
