We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Associate to support daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for K-beauty, skincare, and cosmetics, along with excellent product knowledge and the ability to confidently recommend products based on customers’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers by recommending suitable skincare and makeup products based on their skin type and preferences.
Maintain thorough knowledge of K-beauty products, ingredients, skincare routines, and current beauty trends.
Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective product recommendations and upselling.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store marketing activities.
Assist in creating customer-focused content and promotional activities for social media when required.
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and maintain accurate sales records.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, skincare, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of K-beauty products, skincare routines, makeup, and current beauty trends is mandatory.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and POS systems.
Camera-friendly personality and confidence in customer interaction will be an added advantage.
Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and helping customers find the right products.
