We are seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Associates to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are communication-savvy, customer-focused, and eager to develop their career in sales. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building client relationships, identifying customer needs, conducting market research, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to various stakeholders.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
