Job Description

  • Sales and Office Assistant responsibilities include:
  • Handle banking and office works
  • Receiving and checking inventories and deliveries
  • Unpacking, Stocking and arranging merchandise and creating displays
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Meet pre-determined sales targets.
  • Manage point-of-sale processes
  • Ensuring that the facility remains clean, sanitary, and well-organized.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence
  • Submit timely reports to top management
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
