Education Level	:	Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/Ib)
Experience Required	:	More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum 10+2 level education
Knowledge /certificate on any GDS ( preferably either Abacus or Amadeus system) would be added advantage
Good command of writing and speaking the English language
Good knowledge of Basic Computer Awareness (BCA)
A quick learner and excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service is essential
Ability to work in fast-moving and high-pressure environments

Job Description

Accurately making booking and issuing tickets for Walk-in clients
Advising clients about fare rules and conditions of carriage
Adhere to all company sales policies while issuing the tickets
Ensure clients retention by delivering high standard service
Sell promotional fares when available to push revenue's and customer's loyalty
Achieve sales and customers service targets as prescribed by Management
Adhere to brand guidelines and standards with regards to the uniforms and office
Accurate and timely sales reporting and reconciliation with the Office executives
Handle walk-in customer complaints and escalate to the executives when necessary
